Angela M. Campanella, President

Harvard Mortgage was established in January of 1992, and as president, Angela’s responsibilities include the supervision of our processing and funding departments. Her staff is committed to make the loan process run efficiently for Harvard’s clients. A major part of the success of Harvard is attributed to continually keeping everyone educated in the various loan programs and the many regulations to which we must adhere. Angela has achieved the Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) designation through the National and Ohio Association of Mortgage Brokers, which has proven to be invaluable in guiding her staff to meet commitments to our clients. Angela’s personal philosophy dictates the observance of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers Code of Ethics, and extends to all the employees. She thoroughly enjoys helping clients, and hopes that some day you too can experience the benefits of being a Harvard Mortgage client.

In her spare time Angela enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. She has been the Chairperson for The Saint Anselm Parish Festival, which is an annual fundraiser for her Church. She has been married to her husband for 30 years and counting!

Anthony J. Campanella, Vice President

Tony has been in the finance industry for over 30 years, and in the mortgage lending industry for 13. He enjoys making things happen, and in this business it is keeping the customer happy. The Loan Origination and Commercial Lending Departments, which operate under his direction, are ready to work on whatever program is best for the customer’s situation. His belief is that if "we service our customers, we never have to worry about our competition".

Tony is very active in St. Anselm Parish. He was co-chairman of their multi-million dollar fundraising effort, and serves on The Parish Council. Tony & Angela have 4 children and 1 grandchild. They live and work in Chesterland, Ohio.

Michelle Lefkowitz, VP Marketing

Michelle has been with Harvard for almost 8 years, as the office manager and the VP of Marketing. She has a degree in Communications from Cleveland State University, where she graduated with Honors on the Dean’s List. She has done much volunteer work for Saint Anselm Church and many of their fundraising efforts. She was one of the founding members of a local chapter of Business Networking International of which Harvard Mortgage is now very active in multiple chapters. Michelle has dedication and is committed to the success of Harvard Mortgage. She lives with her husband Rob and daughter Maya in Chardon, Ohio.

John Hornyak, Senior Loan Officer

John has been in the mortgage industry for 11 years and 8 of which have been with Harvard Mortgage as a licensed Senior Loan Officer. John achieved his bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in 1991 with a major in Economics and a minor in Finance. In his spare time John enjoys playing all kinds of sports, primarily golf, volleyball and an occasional bocce ball tournament when time permits. John has proven his commitment to excellence while with the company and that would explain why he has been with Harvard Mortgage longer than any other loan officer. He is truly one of the best!

Michael Marchetti, Senior Loan Officer

Michael has been a loan officer for 13 years, 12 of which have been with Harvard Mortgage. In those 13 years he has accumulated knowledge of a vast number of finance programs, and has experienced various financial situations. He is very people orientated and has a knack for putting himself in the customers’ shoes. Michael’s 12 years with Harvard Mortgage says something about the man and the company.


 

Florida Office

James Barbarino, Florida Branch Manager

Jim is the Branch Manager of our Clermont office. He has an extensive management background in the commercial and residential construction and real estate industry and has developed a strong work ethic and character. Jim is a member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers. Jim is a proud father of five and grandfather of eight with strong family ties and integrity. He lives with his wife, Patty, in Clermont. Jim has contributed with involvement in the community for over 20 years, with service to the needy and children through organizations such as The Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children, The Christopher Johnson Fund, The Anthony House, Give Kids World, and The Make A Wish Foundation. Jim is also active with the Sons of Italy, and is presently the Treasurer for the St. Vincent DePaul Society of Blessed Sacrament Church, and Treasurer for the 2nd Home Thrift Store with both organizations, eliciting funds, and working directly with the poor, the needy and the under privileged in the community.

W. Peyton Gause, Jr., General Counsel

Mr. Gause, a sixth-generation Floridian, graduated, cum laude, from the Holland Law Center at the University of Florida. He began his practice as a law clerk to a Federal Judge. His practice reflects over 25 years of experience in all kinds of commercial transactions, with an emphasis on commercial loan and real estate transactions. He is a licensed Florida licensed real estate broker, a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker, a title agent for Ticor Title Insurance Company of Florida, and is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida, Colorado and Massachusetts. His hobbies include running, fishing, reading and creative writing.

Heather Dady, Licensed Mortgage Broker

Heather Dady is an enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented professional that thoroughly enjoys working with the public. She is a Licensed Mortgage Broker in the state of Florida, focusing her attention on providing superior customer service while educating her clients. Heather is also the owner and operator of ExecuStuff Services, a small virtual assistant firm based out of Minneola, Florida. Her previous background in customer service, marketing, bookkeeping, and management serve as the perfect groundwork for understanding what people need and how to encourage them to make wise decisions for their financial future. She is very involved with several facets of the South Lake community. When she is not busy with WCR – Women’s Council of Realtors (Secretary of the South Lake Chapter), BPW – Business and Professional Women (Marketing Chair and Web Mistress), the South Lake Chamber, or the Clermont Knight’s Football, she loves spending time with her husband of 13 years and 3 children (daughter 21, son 16 and daughter 4). She is always willing to lend a hand to someone in need.

Pearline Gangana-Jivraj, Licensed Mortgage Broker

Pearline Ganganna-Jivraj joined Harvard Mortgage of Clermont, Florida in April of 2006. Originally from Guyana, South America, Pearline moved to New York City in May of 1980. Pearline has a Bachelors degree in accounting and worked in the accounting field for seventeen years. She also worked in the banking industry for two years. Pearline left Queens, New York and relocated with her family to Winter Garden, Florida in August of 2003. Prior to her joining Harvard Mortgage, she worked part-time for her husband’s business as an accountant and took time to be a stay-at-home-mom to her daughter. Pearline is very happy to be associated with Harvard Mortgage Corporation.

Evadney Kamrudeen-Inniss, Licensed Mortgage Broker

Evadney is proud to be a part of Harvard Mortgage Corporation in Clermont, Florida. She is originally from Guyana, South America. She relocated to New Jersey in 1982, started her career at Chemical Bank in New York City, and achieved her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration during that time. During her tenure at the bank, she mastered skills in executing various tasks and assignments professionally and successfully. Evadney relocated to Clermont, Florida with her husband in January 1997, and became a proud mother in April 1998. She was a stay at home Mom, also had a part time business at home until becoming a Licensed Mortgage Broker. Evadney enjoys playing tennis, swimming, reading and spending time with her son.

Lisa Meyer, Licensed Mortgage Broker

Lisa, originally from Syracuse, NY, moved to Clermont in October, 2004 to be closer to family. Prior to becoming a Mortgage Broker, she worked as a Comptroller for a Real Estate and Mortgage Company. She also worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield in Syracuse for many years in management positions and, most recently, as the Supervisor of an Accounting Department. Lisa is a member of South Lake Business Leaders (SBL), a referral group who meets weekly and supports Junior Achievement. Besides volunteering for Junior Achievement, she also volunteers at her church in Clermont; The Family Christian Center. She recently chaperoned a mission trip to Brazil as well as help to build Paradise Park; a 3-acre park built for children in Clermont. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, fishing, and just about any outdoor Florida activity.

Adrian Mottley, Licensed Mortgage Broker

Adrian Mottley is a new addition to Harvard Mortgage Corp. He has an extensive background in management, and takes great pride in the satisfaction of his customers. Adrian's strong work ethic gives him the drive to find the best solutions for his clients as quickly as possible. His favorite part of being a Mortgage Broker is that he has the opportunity to assist people in realizing their goals. Adrian is also happily married and a proud father of two. He enjoys soccer, Miami Dolphins football, and art.

 Michele Adee, Customer Representative

Michele has been with Harvard Mortgage Corporation since May of 2006. She is a people person and always gives 100% to her customer’s satisfaction. Michele believes that an educated client can make the best decision for their mortgage and their future. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Enology, from California State University of Fresno. She is also the mother of three beautiful children.

John Barbarino, Customer Representative

John has been working at Harvard Mortgage since April of 2005. In his short time here he has learned many different loan programs and specializes in home equity loans. He really enjoys trying to help people whatever their situation may be. Previously, he was in the Marine Corps for four years where he was an aircraft mechanic. He is now married and has one little girl. In John's spare time he enjoys hockey games.

Kelly Hughes, Administrative Assistant

Kelly is the newest member on the team. She joined us in early October as our new Administrative Assistant. Kelly is currently a senior at East Ridge High School and plans to graduate in December. After graduation, she will be continuing on to college, majoring in baking and pastry art. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with family and friends, and shopping.

Jenna Ikenhons, Administrative Assistant

Jenna joined us at Harvard in August, of 2005, as an on-the-job-training student through a program at her high school. She is currently a senior and attending classes at Lake Sumter Community College as a duel enrollment student. Jenna plans to graduate high school in the spring in the top 1% of her class.
