In our customers’ best interest, it is our policy to not post rates. We know this may put us at a disadvantage for customers who are shopping and “just want a rate”. To maintain the ethical standards to which we subscribe, we will not post rates since it may be misleading to the average borrower. Some of these low rate programs are only available to a select group of borrowers, such as those with very high scores and cash reserves.

Our job is to find the right program and rate for you, and in order to accomplish this, we need to have an understanding of your individual financial situation first.
